The Limitless group has added yet another “elite agent” to its central Queensland team.
Karen Chappell will join RE/MAX Results as the team’s Brisbane eastern suburbs specialist, bringing with her 12 years of experience across residential sales, new development and community housing.
The director of the Limitless Group, Hayley Van de Ven, stated that Ms Chappell is “a perfect fit” for her team.
“We welcome Karen to RE/MAX Results and the Limitless Group,” said Ms Van de Ven. “She is both an awesome talent and a great cultural fit for us.”
Throughout her career with major industry franchises, Ms Chappell has established herself as an award-winning negotiator who delivers results and has demonstrated a steadfast commitment to her clients, according to Ms Van de Ven.
The leader of the RE/MAX brand also highlighted that Ms Chapelle’s tenacity and drive to secure optimal results for her clients saw her bag the record highest auction sale price in Balmoral in 2021.
Additionally, Ms Van de Ven said that Ms Chappell’s ability to give clients total honesty, focus and care aligns with RE/MAX’s values — making the move a great cultural fit.

Ms Chappell’s appointment comes on the heels of the RE/MAX Results office in Mackay welcoming independent consultant Melisha du Preez to its North Queensland operations.
Earlier in July, RE/MAX’s central Queensland team also announced the addition of local sales agent Nikita Kinnane into its ranks.
