In search of more space, Queensland’s self-proclaimed luxury real estate agency is opening a new office in the Brisbane suburb of Milton.

Just 12 months after first settling into Taringa premises, the firm had set its sights on bigger premises in Milton, while hinting that yet another office is set to come to Noosa on the Sunshine Coast.

Property specialist Jason Adcock has taken out a five-year lease on a 400-square metre office space at 2 Gardner Close, Milton. The lease is worth $185,000 a year and includes 15 car parking spaces.

With staff increasing to 16 people in the Brisbane office, the principal said the business is in need of more room to accommodate for the substantial boom.

“My business has increased three-fold,” said Mr Adcock.

“We’ve finished an extensive fit out which includes a 14-seat boardroom with a 100-inch television which we will use for listing presentations.

“The new offices also include a commercial-grade kitchen and three separate meeting rooms.”

Having worked on his own for almost 20 years, Mr Adcock has now decided that the best approach to business is to expand, and it shows with his recent hiring and growth blitz.

“I was a sole operator for almost 20 years but decided to expand the business substantially and that required more space,” he said.

“Brisbane’s prestige property market is hugely popular at the moment. It’s not just local buyers but plenty of interstate and international buyers are keen to gain a foothold in this market.”

Mr Adcock’s ambition was noticed in his Gold Coast expansion as the business took on husband-and-wife duo Dan and Essie Moloney.

“Essie and I are proud to now align ourselves with Adcock Prestige, a brand which for the past two decades, has built a strong reputation for its professionalism and results as specialists in the prestige property market,” said Mr Moloney earlier this year.

With Gold Coast business booming, the expansion to Noosa will be met with much anticipation.
