The business has revealed the new appointment as it ramps up its plans to become “Asia-Pacific’s leading property services provider”.

Sandy Taylor will step into the role and will be charged with spearheading the growth strategy for the franchising business.

For Ms Taylor, who first joined the business in January 2021, the role is an elevation from her previous role as national head of growth.

Coronis chief executive Andrew Coronis has commented on Ms Taylor’s new role, stating that he is thrilled with her appointment.

“We are proud to welcome Sandy to our leadership team, an expert in her field who will help take our franchising business to the next level,” he shared.

With extensive experience in the industry across a number of national roles, Ms Taylor takes over the role from Jodie Stainton, who Mr Coronis has thanked “for her incredible contributions in the last four years at Coronis and for pioneering our unique partnership model for franchisees in Australia”.

Ms Taylor has said she looks forward to “building on the amazing foundations that Jodie has established and changing people’s lives for the better by giving them another option”.

“This includes supporting franchisees to either take the leap and start their own business or supercharge their existing business,” she commented.

“We have the most amazing community of people who are incredibly passionate and driven about their business, supporting and building each other up.

“Knowing that I can now help them move on to another level at a time when the industry is really crying out for viable options is something that I’m really excited about,” Ms Taylor noted.

Having recently added a number of new offices in Victoria, Coronis has also hinted at plans to move into the South Australian, ACT, and Tasmanian markets.
