The global agency has announced the opening of its latest office in Rooty Hill, located 42 kilometres from Sydney’s central business district.

Century 21 Focus will also service nearby Plumpton and Glendenning under the leadership of licensee-in-charge Tripti Singhal and principal Hari Bimbhat, both of whom possess a deep knowledge of the local area — having lived and worked locally for some time.

According to Century 21, Ms Singhal and Mr Bimbhat have extensive experience in residential sales and property management, which they have gained over the past five years working in the industry. Ms Singhal, previously an interior designer, offers her sales and investment clients a detailed evaluation of their property whilst also providing them with styling and marketing expertise that illuminates their properties to prospective buyers.

On the other hand, Mr Bimbhat — who holds a masters in accounting — has a strong understanding of the relationship between property and economic fluctuations, which he is able to transfer on to his clients as they look to navigate the current market. He will lead the day-to-day sales and property management operations at the business.

Additionally, multi-franchise business partner Vikash Singh will use his 20 years of operational experience for the team as he oversees the business operations and growth trajectory.

Century 21 Focus will reportedly look to offer value-add services for buyers, sellers, investors, and renters who engage with them, including an established quality trade team that will conduct renovations prior to selling, manage property development and build new homes, amongst other services.

James Bell, Century 21 chief executive officer, expressed his pleasure with the brand’s expanded reason in the area, offering a warm welcome to the new office.

“The Century 21 Focus team are undertaking their new venture with a solid understanding of franchise business principles and a zest for creating exceptional customer experience which is a great alignment with the C21 values.

“Their complementary operational and business skills set them up as a triple-threat to any local competitors which is exciting,” he concluded.

Rooty Hill becomes the latest outpost for Century 21, which also recently opened an office in north-west Sydney’s Eastwood, headed up by principal Jin Ahn, as well as Northpoint in Melbourne, led by principal Tim Sulemani.
