A new general manager of network will lead a bolstered executive and leadership group as the brand looks to “best support” its offices and teams Australia-wide.

Steve Mutton will be stepping into the role of general manager of network, with his role encompassing leadership of the growth and performance of both the LJ Hooker and Atlas by LJ Hooker networks.

His specialist team includes Nick Georges as head of network for Atlas and head of property management for the LJ Hooker Group, Aaron Booth, as head of strategic growth for the LJ Hooker Group, and Greg Allan as head of learning and development for the LJ Hooker Group.

A team of state managers will also support Mr Mutton across Australia, and is responsible for partnering with business owners, sales agents, property managers and support staff.

LJ Hooker Group chief executive Christine Mikhael has acknowledged the “significant contributions” made by Mr Mutton and his team across LJ Hooker and Atlas over the years.

“They have focused on ensuring the performance, growth and value delivery to our offices continues to lift in terms of quality and consistency, she said.

“Following a national tour recently, the feedback has been that we have a new energy in the business and that it’s having ripple effect that’s positively impacting their productivity and growth.”

The group’s senior leadership team also now comprises a number of general managers: Rhonda Olsson in operations, James Boulton in marketing, Tim Drury in program delivery, and Sarah Dickson in corporate affairs.

Ed Feiner is the group’s financial controller.

Ms Mikhael, who herself was only named to the group CEO role last month, has acknowledged the new roles and expanded responsibilities of some senior executives, commenting that “each is highly capable with a breadth of experience and perspectives and, together, they are growth-oriented and customer-centric — on our offices and their consumers — as we continue to prepare our business and the brand for its centenary in 2028.”
