The brand has cemented its expansion prospects in the region with the opening of its brand-new office in Georges Hall in the Canterbury-Bankstown region.
Despite the team kicking off operations in August, new director Mai Le cut the celebratory green ribbon to signal the dawn of a new era for the brand in the burgeoning area.
Director and auctioneer Richard Baini said the occasion is “a true reflection of the incredible loyalty and support our team at Richard Matthews Real Estate have received from the wonderful local community of Georges Hall and all the surrounding suburbs”.
Matthew Everingham, who also holds the title of director and auctioneer with the brand, detailed how the area isn’t a new one for the team, given they have been “number one in Georges Hall [for] five years in a row [and] three years in a row in Bass Hill”.
On top of this, they were also “just awarded number one in the Canterbury-Bankstown area”, which he believes ratifies the trust the area has in the experienced team.
Ms Le affirmed that the business would continue to be “in growth mode”, adding that they “look forward to welcoming the local community into our new home here in Georges Hall”.
The powerhouse directorial team possess a combined 50 years of industry experience, which they said would be harnessed to guide the new office and ensure the same level of care, detail orientation and vibrant culture is showcased throughout.
As part of the expansion process, the new office will see the team take on new senior agents and associates to more thoroughly service current areas and further expand into surrounding regions.
Richard Matthews’ Georges Hall office opening is the latest in a line of major events that have characterised the brand over 2022 — including the growth of its upper management team in August, a 100 per cent clearance rate weekend and the signing of a former Western Sydney Wanderers defender as a sales executive.
