Harcourts South Australia has welcomed a new state operations manager into the fold.
Cassandra Leak will be moving into the state operations manager role at Harcourts South Australia, with the new appointment a return to real estate after taking a break from the industry. Having initially joined the industry at 18, she then went on to spend time travelling and has most recently been in a project coordinator role within the recycling and waste industry.
Drawing on that project management experience and her people skills — honed from six years spent across property management and sales administration, Harcourts SA chief executive Stu Costello said Ms Leak’s cross-industry experience both within and out of the real estate industry “will be a huge asset to the Harcourts South Australia network”.
Stating that the group is “fortunate” to have Ms Leak joining them, the CEO stated: “She has amazing energy and passion for supporting people to be and do their best.”
Ms Leak said the SOM position “is quite an exciting and niche role” and that she is already relishing her return to the sector and the ability to service the Harcourts SA network.
“I’m most excited to be joining a passionate group of professionals and hope to be a solid support resource for all,” she said.
She’s reportedly already kicked the ground running, having arrived “during one of the busiest periods of the year”, thanks to new tech rollouts and Q2 awards.
