REB has launched the Top 50 Sales Offices for 2023 and is inviting submissions from sales offices across Australia.
Now in its 11th year, the annual Top 50 Sales Offices rankings set the national benchmark in championing Australia’s top performing offices and recognising the hard work and dedication of real estate agent teams that strive for sales excellence.
Offices that can demonstrate their resilience, business prowess, sales success despite challenging property market conditions, rising interest rates, and other economic headwinds can secure a ranking.
The rankings are compiled using three metrics for the 2022 financial year: the number of sold properties, sales value of the sold properties, and an efficiency rating that is determined by ratio and sales support staff.
Essentially, offices that list and sell the greatest number of properties using the most efficient approach will place higher in the rankings.
In your submissions, you will need to include the number of listings and settlements, total value of settlements, average days on market, and number of staff as at the end of FY2022.
Agencies of all sizes are encouraged to submit for an opportunity to be placed in this year’s rankings. Offices are considered as one single location for this ranking so each individual office can enter with a submission.
The top-performing sales offices will gain recognition for their achievements and contribution to the real estate industry.
Submissions for the Top 50 Sales Offices 2023 ranking close on Friday, 11 November 2022.
