Lead generation assistant RiTA wins the Industry Innovation Award for third consecutive year

The Ai-powered lead generation assistant for real estate professionals has won the REIQ Industry Innovation Award for the third consecutive year. RiTA's job is to help agents prospect and get more leads at scale.

RiTA, the Ai-powered lead generation assistant for real estate professionals, has been awarded the Industry Innovation Award at the REIQ Awards For Excellence 2022 on Saturday, 29 October. This is the third consecutive year that RiTA, now part of CoreLogic, has won the award.

The two-way SMS automations were the highlight of last year’s innovation. This year, RiTA took lead generation to the next level by enabling agents to automate a series of hyper-personalised SMS conversations, helping position themselves as the local source of real estate news, generate consistent leads and clean data over time.

Not only RiTA covers the SMS channel, she also assists with phone calls and automates email responses for buyer enquiries.
