With the summer season just around the corner and Aussies raring to get some sand between their toes, the brand has bolstered its presence in one of the country’s prime summertime destinations: Phillip Island.
Stockdale and Leggo shared the launch of a new office in Cowes, as the agency looks to position itself to meet the expected surge in demand brought on by the “revenge travel” and sea-change trend in the post-pandemic era.
The new office at 45 Thompson Avenue, Cowes, will be the second location under the reins of Jaime Morris, who also heads San Remo Stockdale & Leggo.
According to Ms Morris, it was a perfect time to boost the brand’s presence in the Cowes region.
“It is a great opportunity to broaden our scope of the area. We already have a strong position in San Remo, and understand we need to be very local to maximise our chance of success. This new office gives us that opportunity,” she stated.
Aside from meeting the expected influx of tourists who have hopped on the sea-change trend, Ms Morris said the expansion also aims to service locals who are preparing to make a move.
Additionally, Ms Morris said the new Cowes office would create more job opportunities.
“I will be looking for more staff who can provide great service. We are out there helping vendors get the best price and helping buyers realise their dream,” she said.
Stockdale & Leggo chief executive Charlotte Pascoe said that Ms Morris was the “natural choice” to lead the new office.
“Jaime is such a great person — she operates with honesty, integrity and authenticity in everything she does. She’s exactly what our brand is about, and we are so honoured to have her representing us on Phillip Island, San Remo and surrounds,” Ms Pascoe commented.
Looking ahead, Ms Morris shared her goals for the coming year. “Over the next 12 months, my main priority is to provide a positive and supportive environment for my staff and offer clients an innovative and professional service,” she said.
