Gunning for increased dominance in Sydney’s high-end apartment markets, the prestige agency has added a “rising star” agent into its ranks.
Ayre Real Estate shared that Brody O’Brien has joined the agency’s sales team at its Hyde Park office and will now work under the leadership of director Adrian Wilson.
With Mr O’Brien’s proven track record in the Sydney and inner-east precincts, the agency is banking on his appointment to help bolster its market lead in Hyde Park and surrounding suburbs.
“Brody is one of the industry’s most respected rising stars; he has a natural tenacity for connecting with people coupled with a passion for the real estate industry,” Mr Wilson stated.
Due to Mr O’Brien’s “natural ability to connect with people” as well as his strong passion for the industry, the firm stated that clients are naturally drawn to him — enabling the delivery of “record-breaking results”.
Additionally, the newly added firepower to the agency’s roster is bringing a strongly interconnected network with him into his new role.
The firm noted that over the years, Mr O’Brien had developed relationships with a wide range of local and Greater Sydney clientele who have put their trust in him throughout their respective property journeys.
“With a number of years working across several high-quality agencies focusing on the inner-city apartment market across Surry Hills, Darlinghurst and the inner east, Brody has a real aptitude for transacting property whilst negotiating the best outcome for his clients.
“He has a real gift for real estate, and we are very excited to have him join our team to reinforce our Hyde Park and city fringe presence,” Mr Knowles said.
For Mr O’Brien, aligning his personal brand with Ayre Real Estate “just made sense” due to the firm’s reputation for delivering strong results on all fronts in the Sydney real estate market.
“I look forward to delivering our shared level of high standards and premium results to my clients,” he concluded.
