Following a short stint at another network, Kai Evans has returned to boost RE/MAX’s Brisbane Bayside presence.

A three-year spell as an agent at LJ Hooker in nearby Cleveland, south-east of Brisbane, concluded when Mr Evans found himself “reassessing [his] business and where [he] needed to be to take it to the next level”, especially as the property market began to shift.

“It was time to head back to RE/MAX and get the band back together,” he stated.

Joel Davoren, RE/MAX Australia managing director, has credited the return of Mr Evans to the growth in the RE/MAX Bayside business.

Weighing in, he stated that in changing markets, “agents are looking for certainty, stability, and most importantly trust, which the Limitless group offers in spades”.

Hayley Van de Ven, the owner of RE/MAX Bayside Properties, has welcomed Mr Evans back to the team, sharing that Mr Evans had moved on prior to the Limitless Group purchasing the business last year.

“It’s always lovely to welcome people home to RE/MAX,” Ms Van de Ven said.

Mr Evans concluded: “[It] feels good to be back!”

In addition to Mr Evans’ return, 2022 has also seen an RE/MAX office return to its Australian roots and the appointment of a business development manager to a network outpost in Western Australia.

Additionally, the brand’s presence and offerings in Queensland also contracted throughout the year with the alignment of an independent consultant and the addition of a sales agent to the brand’s Mackay office, as well as a merger with a Victoria Point outfit, which formed RE/MAX Bayside.
