Providing customers with a single point of contact who will support them across their workflow and advertising needs, offering a more personalised experience.
On February 1, 2023, Domain will unify their sales team to provide agents and agencies with a single point of contact to become their essential Account Partner, that can support across the end to end agent workflow and for all advertising needs.
A newly introduced Customer Solutions team will work alongside an agents Account Partner to ensure they get the most value from Domain’s products and services. The team combines deep product expertise and industry knowledge that will help agents scale and grow their business.
Commenting on the transformation Domain’s Chief Revenue Officer, John Foong said, “Domain has evolved from selling print and digital property classifieds to now, an integrated marketplace. We’ve introduced new listing products, social amplification tools, agent branding options, and a suite of SaaS solutions to drive workflow efficiencies however we hadn’t evolved our customer support to match our expanded service offering, until now.
Over these last 12 months since I joined Domain, agents and principals have requested a single Domain essential partner for their business, and to have more product experts who can assist with understanding and implementing Domain solutions. That is why we are making this change - so we can better support our customers and offer a more personalised, specialised experience.”
Belinda Sinclair will be heading up the new Sales & Agency Partnerships team. Belinda has been with Domain for 11 years and worked in the industry for over two decades, formerly leading Domain's NSW sales team, then National Residential businesses. Angus Ferguson will head up our new Customer Solutions team. Angus, a former real estate agent in Melbourne, was one of the founders of Real-Time Agent and has served as the Commercial Leader across all of Domain's Agent Solutions products including PriceFinder, Homepass, Real-Time Agent and Campaign Track.
“We are pleased that Domain has listened to our feedback and acted on it to create their new structure. We believe the introduction of a single point of contact for our offices, backed by a team of solutions experts will allow for the right combination of strategy, relationship and technical support to meet the needs of our Ray White offices and the suite of solutions we leverage within our technology platform,” said Jason Alford, National Technology Manager of Ray White Group.
Also commenting on the transformation, Managing Director of Cunningham Real Estate, John Cunningham said, “With the broad range of industry solutions Domain has under their wings I feel a single point of contact will streamline how we interact with all the services and provide better outcomes for all concerned. To be able to work with one representative to service our business and respond to our needs across marketing (Platinum), workflow (RTA) , lead generation and insights we can provide a better internal experience for our agents and externally for our vendors, buyers, landlords and tenants.”
Current Domain representatives will still be an agent’s primary contact supporting their business needs until a single Domain account contact and the Domain customer solutions teams are introduced in the new year.
