Following a series of strategic partnerships, Australian property data business National Property Group has announced new appointments to the leadership team.
Joining National Property Group is Joseph Rossi as National Sales & Go To Market Director, Don Harb as Chief Data Officer, Chris Kim as Head of Operations, Simon Barber as Manager of Product, and Daixi Huang as Chief Financial Officer.
Established in 2020 after acquiring one of Australia’s leading property data platforms, National Property Group relaunched its property intelligence platform in 2021, delivering instant insights from more than 40 years of historic and current market data. Recently, National Property Group announced strategic data partnerships with Homely.com.au and also Proptech Group, who is becoming a strategic shareholder in the company and is actively planning further market expansion.
National Property Group’s new leadership team introduces decades of experience and expertise in the real estate industry, and technology and data management.
Joseph Rossi’s appointment as National Sales & Go To Market Director brings over 25 years of property and customer service expertise to National Property Group. His expertise lies in property data systems and software, as well as refining key products and their uses within the real estate, finance and investor industries. In his new role, Joseph will be leading the team with a focus on the effective integration of NPG’s recent strategic partnerships, national sales, and customer training.

Throughout his career, Joseph has developed training programs to help property professionals gain insights into their business and investment decisions. Joseph was previously Head of Customer Success and Training at CoreLogic and has many years experience at the coal face of the NSW property industry.
In his new appointment as Chief Data Officer, Don Harb will oversee the management of National Property Group’s data platform and the optimisation of data partnerships to benefit real estate agents and property professionals.
As Head of Operations, Chris Kim will oversee the Customer Support and Corporate Systems teams. He will drive key business objectives for National Property Group to deliver efficient operations across the business. Chris’ career includes time with key industry organisations including Archistar, CoreLogic, NewsCorp and Thomson Reuters.
Simon Barber joins National Property Group as Manager of Product, taking the reins to develop new product tech strategy across the business to meet property and data objectives. Simon is an experienced product leader and solutions architect, having previously worked with Volcanic, and Broadbean Technology.
The newest appointment for National Property Group is for the role of Chief Financial Officer, with Daixi Huang stepping into the position. Daixi is a Chartered Accountant and Governance professional with over 10 years’ experience working within some of the largest accountancy firms, as well as in the property sector with ASX listed companies. Daixi has a strong track record of finance and business administration, financial control and reporting, corporate governance, treasury management, insurance and risk management.
The appointments of Joseph, Don, Chris, Simon and Daixi follow a string of strategic business partnerships for National Property Group that aim to break down the silos of the property industry and empower professionals to use data for targeted marketing and business growth.
National Property Group’s recent partnership with Homely.com.au will deliver more accurate home values, average values, and sold prices to help property professionals and consumers alike make more informed decisions about properties. In addition, the recent partnership between National Property Group and PropTech Group includes a deep integration of improved data into Proptech Group‘s CRMs, VaultRe and Eagle Software providing services. This will improve workflow for property professionals by enabling direct access to data insights for vendor proposals, appraisals, pricing strategies, reports, and marketing materials.
