An influential business leader in Brisbane’s Chinese community has taken on a new “one-stop shop”.
Springboarding off of the very successful NEXT International Realty, a brokerage specialising in management rights for motels and resorts, David Jiang has now unveiled RE/MAX Next International as his next venture.
According to a statement detailing the new business, clients will be able to access services “in all aspects of both residential and commercial real estate sales, property management and leasing”.
And with a team that is experienced and fluent in Chinese, Cantonese, and English, Mr Jiang said that their “proficiency in real estate transactions and [their] industry and market knowledge” stand them apart from the crowd.
“We especially have the combination of language plus transactional skill sets to serve the commercial and residential real estate needs of our Asian clients,” the business leader shared.
Professing his belief that they could be “the first real estate agency in the local market with these credentials”, he added: “We have the expertise to offer our exceptional service to our local market and deliver results in sale and management of residential and commercial properties, and we plan to be recognised for our excellent level of communication to the Asian market.”
Alongside his own 15 years of corporate experience with global Fortune 500 companies across China and the Asia-Pacific region, as well as a decade in Queensland’s management rights industry, he has emphasised the extensive experience of every team member, stating that “each member of the team is an experienced sale professional, and our senior property manager has more than 10 years of solid residential and commercial management experience”.
With growth already expected, he added that “newcomers to my team will have a solid base of experience to support them plus the RE/MAX environment where people thrive in business because of the incredible level of professional development and resources made available”.
Mr Jiang explained it was the lure of RE/MAX’s “respected worldwide brand” alongside “an outstanding reputation in the local community” that makes his business move “an exciting prospect”.
He’s not the only one to express excitement, with RE/MAX Australia managing director Joel Davoren also sharing that he is excited to have Mr Jiang join the network.
Calling the newest recruit “a successful and astute business owner, he noted Mr Jiang as “eager to upscale his residential and commercial sales, property management and leasing by being aligned with the RE/MAX brand”.
RE/MAX Next International is located in Brisbane’s West End.
