Belle Property is expanding its reach on the Sunshine Coast thanks to the acquisition of a local, family-owned agency.

North Shore Realty’s office locations will now become known as Belle Property Marcoola and Belle Property Coolum, with Ben Radcliff taking on the operation.

Mr Radcliff is already at the helm of Belle Property Noosa and the existing Belle Property Coolum — and is welcoming 30 property experts from North Shore Realty into the Belle Property network as a result of the acquisition.

He’s paid tribute to the family-run business, acknowledging it has been a valued part of the local community for more than two decades.

“North Shore Realty has been providing first-class service, and the team gives a lot back to the community,” he began.

“They are experts in their market, and I am excited to welcome the entire team to the Belle Property Network.”

With the acquisition furthering Belle Property’s reach across the Sunshine Coast, Mr Radcliff shared that he is “thrilled” to deliver “a full suite of premium services” with local talent, pointing out the premium marketing and added exposure made possible for clients through Belle Property’s Sitchu Living Magazine and Leading Real Estate Companies of the World.

Belle Property chief executive Peter Hanscomb has congratulated Mr Radcliff on the news, detailing him “as a proven leader in our group who has achieved incredible success with Belle Property Coolum and Noosa”.

He expressed his confidence that Belle Property Marcoola “will thrive under his leadership” before acknowledging the multitude of tools now available “to help grow the business and offer the area an exceptional level of bespoke personalised service unique to Belle Property”.
