The group has added a lifestyle real estate specialist to its roster in Toukley, welcoming Tim Jarvis to the fold.
The coveted Central Coast agent — who has a strong track record in the rural and lifestyle property market — is now part of RE/MAX Pamilya Properties, which is led by principal Corinne Intia.
Mr Jarvis brings impressive credentials to his current alignment, having made a name for himself since transferring his sales and business management skills to real estate in 2018 — where he quickly found his stride.
Among his laurels is being named the number agent in Durren Durren and in Magenta. In 2022, Mr Jarvis also clocked in just around $20 million in sales.
But Mr Jarvis shared that he did not set out to be a real estate agent from the start. When he finished school, he joined the family business to be a baker until he decided a change was in order in 2013.
“I moved into automotive sales. I am such a people person, love communicating and building relationships, and thought sales and marketing matched my personality,” he remarked.
To pursue a career in the sales industry, Mr Jarvis completed a one-year traineeship in one month and quickly rose in the ranks to the position of general manager.
Despite finding his place in the automotive sales industry, Mr Jarvis reflected that he was attracted to the prospect of selling property and eventually owning his own real estate business.
“Someone explained to me that I was a great manager because [the] best management qualities come from having a heart, from being compassionate.
“I could think of nothing more heartfelt than helping people purchase their homes and realise their property dreams,” he stated.
Mr Jarvis stated that he found his “peak” in the lifestyle property market as it brought him in touch with “a special type of clientele” who can strongly relate to his lifestyle, having grown up on the Central Coast of NSW — where he still “lives and plays”.
Among the integral activities that define his lifestyle are surfing, boating and riding motorbikes.
“I’m successful, I feel, because of the nature of the people I deal with, who are very akin to the person I am,” he commented.
Mr Jarvis also credited his longstanding rapport with his clients — particularly from his time in the auto sales industry — for his high level of repeat and referral business.
“Many of my real estate clients have been, and are, people I sold cars to,” he shared.
Driven by his desire to deliver great outcomes for sellers and buyers of rural and lifestyle properties, Mr Jarvis shared his excitement for aligning with the RE/MAX brand.
“RE/MAX has a global footprint that no other real estate brand matches,” he said.
By operating under the RE/MAX brand, Mr Jarvis hopes to attain his goal of having own real estate business catering especially for the needs of sellers and buyers of lifestyle properties in rural and coastal areas.
Ms Intia said she felt “blessed” to have “one of the area’s most dominant and result-winning agents” in her team.
“We are incredibly fortunate that Tim has chosen RE/MAX to take his career to the next level.
“RE/MAX is also the brand to support Tim in building his own business while he brings growth and profitability to mine,” she concluded.
