Following six years at Ray White, Rebecca Fearon has been revealed as joining the network.

A Balmain local, The Agency believes Ms Fearon “will drive growth” for its new Balmain outfit with the capacity to “tap into [its] vast network of agents”, chimed in group chief executive officer Matt Lahood.

According to Mr Lahood, “Rebecca has more than 25 years [of] experience in real estate and will lead The Agency in the popular suburb in Sydney’s inner west.”

Ms Fearon boasts numerous street records within Balmain and surrounding areas such as Rozelle and Birchgrove. She explained that “the inner west is continuing to evolve, and Brighton and the surrounding area sits in an interesting position within the harbour”.

“We had our first opens on the weekend with lots of people interested in securing real estate on the waterfront,” she said.

“With the backing of The Agency leadership team, we can achieve great results in this critical market, and I look forward to growing my team.”

Ms Fearon becomes the latest acquisition the network has made in 2023’s debut month after it convinced an ex-Macquarie Bank executive to join the brand as Victorian general manager of sales. It has also added a new property partner on Sydney’s north shore.
