Nathan Jones has been revealed as taking on the chief executive role of the Melbourne and Mornington Peninsula-based luxury agency.
Having spent the last part of a decade at Buxton in the CEO role, Mr Jones said he is “thrilled” to be taking on the new position.
He has called Kay & Burton “an organisation with such a talented team and enviable reputation as a leader in the luxury marketplace.”
“I know the strength of the brand, culture and heritage, and see 2023 as a pivotal time in consolidating our market-leading position across Melbourne and the Mornington Peninsula.”
According to the brand, Mr Jones’ appointment “forms a core part of the progression” of its strategy to “further solidify its position as the preeminent luxury real estate agency” across its markets.
The CEO will reportedly work with the board to deploy growth strategies, deliver operational efficiencies, and enhance its collaborative culture.
Kay & Burton’s managing director, Ross Savas, said that the appointment “marks an exciting new chapter for Kay & Burton.”
“Nathan’s track record has cemented his remarkable reputation within the real estate industry and his breadth and depth of experience will be invaluable to us. He is a dynamic and results-driven leader who will no doubt play a key role in our evolution.”
“The board of directors looks forward to working closely with Nathan to ensure we are consistently delivering exceptional results for our clients,” he shared.
