With their sixth office, the network has strategically expanded into the crucial inner Sydney suburb, Petersham.
Ray White Petersham will become CobdenHayson Petersham after directors Joe Bitti and Nick Arena, who have been with the outfit since 1994 and 2000 respectively, opted to join the growing agency.
Mr Arena stated the pair, who will be joined by a sales team of five and two property managers, “are really excited about joining the team.” He added his belief that the brand’s values aligned closer to their own.
The pair’s extensive experience in the region has been described by CobdenHayson as a “natural progression into a region where [they] have a growing profile.”
Company director, Matt Hayson, added that “Nick and Joe have those traditional values that are imperative in business. We’re simply thrilled for the next growth journey for them and our entire team as we truly push to deliver the highest level of service our industry can provide.”
The Petersham outfit is the second addition the growing brand has made this year, following the arrival of business development manager Lochlan Grahame earlier this month.
As previously reported on REB, Mr Grahame rejoined the brand with the goal of assisting its development, identifying the company’s growth mentality, as well as the systems and processes in place, which assist agents and employees to “focus on the positive” in a turbulent period for the industry hindered by rising interest rates and housing price uncertainty.
