The brand has added an acreage and lifestyle real estate specialist to its team, welcoming Shelley Lovelock to the fold.
Harcourts Pinnacle - Aspley | Strathpine | Petrie shared the addition of Ms Lovelock to its team, highlighting her strong local knowledge in the Dayboro and surrounding districts markets, having lived in the area and been an active member of the local community for over 22 years.
In addition to her expertise in the area, the brand also highlighted Ms Lovelock’s track record of marketing properties and negotiating the best price for sellers, as well as her ability to adapt throughout the industry’s highs and lows.
Ivan Bertie, director of Harcourts Pinnacle, recalled the team’s first encounter with Ms Lovelock immediately helped them determine her place within their ranks.
“When we first met with Shelley, we instantly connected and knew she was the right person to join our team,” he stated.
He stated that Ms Lovelock’s acreage and lifestyle market knowledge “adds strength” to their operations as the business looks to expand further into this market.
“We are excited to support Shelley to smash her personal and professional goals for the years ahead,” he said.
For Ms Lovelock, the alignment was thanks to Harcourts Pinnacle having the “culture and support” she was looking for.
She also divulged that the brand switch came from her commitment to delivering “the absolute best results” for buyers and sellers.
While she acknowledged that it’s a “daunting time” to change brands in the industry, she said the group’s support throughout the process, made the transition easier.
“I feel that making the move to Harcourts Pinnacle has opened me up to an opportunity where I can get to the next level,” she stated.
The latest addition to Harcourts Pinnacle’s team comes less than one year after the establishment of its second office in the Petrie/Strathpine area back in August last year, which offered the agency entry into the Moreton Bay and Greater Brisbane region.
At the start of the year, Harcourts Australia also named two new state property management operations managers, with Lisa McNiven assuming the role in Victoria and Irene Limnios taking up the same position in Western Australia.
