The brand has enlisted an “award-winning team” to its ranks — one that touts a strong track record and foothold in the South-East Queensland market.
Alan Kuss and his team will now operate as Harcourts Refined following a rebrand, with the new unit focused on the Yarrabilba area.
Queensland chief executive Mitch Peereboom hailed the latest alignment as a “great honour”.
“This partnership is one we are so proud of, and their aspirations for the future fill us all with energy,” he stated.
Harcourts highlighted that Mr Kuss’ strong knowledge of the local area comes from being “born and bred” in South-East Queensland, as well as being a local resident and salesperson for over 21 years in Yarrabilba.
Mr Kuss made a pivotal career shift towards the real estate industry in 2016, moving away from his former trade as a builder and trading his construction tools for a suit.
Since then, Harcourts highlighted that he has earned various awards, including sales excellence awards for sales exceeding $5 million and $10 million.
“Being a builder by trade, I don’t see my job as a typical salesperson; it is not just a transaction for me.
“The relationships I form with clients are personal and whether they are selling or buying, I strive to make their experience as seamless as possible,” he stated.
Harcourts highlighted that Mr Kuss and his team were also “heavily involved” in the local community by sponsoring local sports events and supporting local Yarrabilba businesses.
In addition to his professional responsibilities, the brand noted that Mr Kuss is a family man who enjoys spending time outdoors and discovering the diverse attractions that the surrounding area has to offer.
“This is a team of high-quality people who align brilliantly with our values as a company. We are looking forward to supporting Alan’s leadership over many years to come,” Mr Peereboom remarked.
Mr Kuss divulged that his team operates on the principle of “putting people first”.
“Providing a great experience for everyone involved is something that is a main focus within the whole team. Last year, we helped over 100 families find their happy place, and now, as Harcourts Refined, we look forward to assisting even more lovely buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals,” he concluded.
