REB is urging agents in Victoria to send submissions for its state-based Top 50 Agents 2023 rankings for a chance at recognition of their dedicated service in their local area.
The REB Top 50 Agents is a state-based ranking that champions the local approach agents take in their area, given that no two markets are alike.
REB wants to recognise real estate agents in Victoria who are operating at the top of their game and going above and beyond to provide stellar customer service to buyers and sellers in their area.
Submissions close on Friday, 3 March 2023, so hurry and enter now!
The Top 50 Agents state-based rankings were introduced in 2021 for real estate agents working across Australia, including Victoria.
The rankings will provide national recognition to those agents in Victoria who have established a strong local presence and set the benchmark for residential real estate excellence.
They also set strong professional performance standards for others to emulate in Victoria.
For the rankings, agents will be asked to submit data from their settled residential sales for the 2022 calendar year, on which this ranking will be based.
Following this, agents will be ranked based on a range of criteria, including:
- Number of residential listings secured
- Number of residential property settlements
- Value of residential property settlements
- Average commission rate
- Average days on market
- Support staff
- Years in the industry
REB will reveal the Top 50 Agents state-based rankings from April to May 2023.
REB editor Grace Ormsby encouraged agents across the country to jump on board and submit for the rankings for an opportunity to be recognised for their hard work and success.
Commenting on the rankings, she said, “Victorian agents have never ceased to impress us, regardless of the external factors and challenges they face. Every year, we are blown away by the calibre of work and volumes being achieved by agents across the state.”
“The REB rankings are a wonderful way to objectively benchmark your own success against the broader industry. For those agents who make the lists, it also provides a tool for marketing, recruitment, and recognition.
“I urge all Victorian agents to get involved for a chance at recognition of your efforts. Remember, you’ve got to be in it to win it!”
