Beginning 1 March 2023, the network’s presence in the NSW central tablelands will receive a boost as a result of its latest acquisition.
The partnership with Emms Mooney real estate and livestock business, market leaders in the region boasting six decades of industry experience, brings six additional locations — Orange, Bathurst, Oberon, Blayney, Molong, and Cowra — to the network, all of which will operate as Elders Emms Mooney.
Pat Bird, director at Emms Mooney, explained the company is “very proud of what we have built and the exceptional service our offices provide to our clients.”
“It is very exciting to now take the next step with Elders,” he said, celebrating the network as a leading outfit with an incredible level of trust in the Australian agribusiness sector.
Professing it will be “business as usual,” he believes the move will offer “significant upside” for the network’s clients, who will be the recipients of an “even greater level of service.” Additionally, he believes the venture will “attract new business with the strength of the Elders network.”
Mr Bird stated, “We are all looking forward to this next chapter in the evolution of the Emms Mooney brand.”
Emms Mooney livestock manager, Ben Emms, described “the natural synergies” of the two outfits as a major drawcard, with the combined knowledge and expertise of both networks forecast to “further enhance results for our clients.”
Building on Mr Emms’ and Mr Bird’s excitement, Elders NSW state general manager, Ryan Robinson explained the network’s pride at welcoming the Elders Emms Mooney team onboard “to extend our reach in the central tablelands”.
He declared that he holds no doubts over the team’s ability to maintain its level of service and “continue to be great supporters of the local community.”
Elders’ general manager, real estate and brand, Belinda Connor, confirmed that 2023 poses as an “exciting period of rapid growth for Elders,” adding that the network is “all looking forward to working with the Emms Mooney team.”
“We have several more exciting new office locations to announce in the coming two months, and we are actively looking for a national role to head up growth in line with our strategy,” she concluded.
