A Brisbane-based talent has been added to Agency HQ’s network pool under its new membership model.

The national real estate brand shared the appointment of Irene Liu as a new property partner under its “Members of Agency HQ” model, a new behind-the-scenes support offering that was launched in June last year

Ms Liu, who was formerly the general manager of Ironfish Brisbane, will now operate under True Partner Property within the Agency HQ member network.

During its launch, Agency HQ stated that the program’s creation was born out of the demand from business owners and agents who were seeking administrative help but felt hesitant to give up their established presence to fit within a franchise.

In the new model, members add their Agency HQ affiliation to marketing but retain their own presence.

It offers services such as the running of rent roll operations, administration, HR, tech support and trust accounting, freeing up agents to focus on sales while still operating as independent entities.

The offering marked a change from the network’s previous options, which only allowed for either co-branding of the business or agents joining up under the firm’s umbrella.

Ms Liu divulged that the “support and guidance” provided by Agency HQ, along with their systems, played a significant role in her decision to join the network as a member.

“Being able to have my own brand while having the support of a national network was an extremely important factor in the decision-making process,” she said.

Chief executive Mark Morrison highlighted that Ms Liu’s enlistment as a new property partner represents the firm’s “dedication to expanding its talent pool and resources to offer greater flexibility and support to agents”.

“This approach is becoming increasingly popular among agents who are looking for more certainty in the market,” he stated.

He also highlighted that Ms Liu’s strong link to the Asian marketplace, coupled with her expertise and experience in the property investment industry, will be “invaluable” to her success.

Moving forward, the executive revealed that the company’s growth strategy revolves around utilising new technologies to elevate the customer experience while expanding their residential and commercial teams.
