Harcourts is bolstering its brand presence in South Eastern Melbourne’s prestige market with the addition of new specialists to its ranks.

Kim Ward, who has 21 years of experience in prestige property sales across Sandhurst Club, has joined the roster of Harcourts Carrum Downs, the network revealed.

The Sandhurst Club has been Ms Ward’s primary area of operation since the development’s inception, making her particularly versed in the market’s inner workings.

Aside from her long history of working in the suburb’s market, she revealed that her “close relationships” with many of the suburb’s residents have given her a “thorough understanding of the workings and benefits of living in a community-focused development”.

“I’m looking forward to working with Harcourts Carrum Downs to market these unique properties to their best advantage,” she stated.

Heralding Ms Kim as a “highly motivated professional who prides herself on client satisfaction”, director Troy Pullar believes that the “very special addition” will enable the office’s team to go from “strength to strength”.

“This is an important additional advantage that we are now able to offer,” he stated.

He also underlined the value that Ms Ward brings to the table due to her long-standing relationships with the locals.

“Her involvement with the staff and residents at Sandhurst is a testament to her outgoing personality and engaging nature,” Mr Pullar remarked.

Joining the Harcourts Carrum Downs team alongside Ms Ward is leasing manager Jeanette Jameson, who brings over 11 years of property management experience in the area, further fortifying the brand’s foothold in the market.

“Joining forces with Kim and her team will further solidify Harcourts Carrum Downs into the area as the leading real estate agency,” Mr Pullar concluded.

Harcourts has been expanding its nationwide presence since the start of 2023, with significant additions to its networks in the last three months.

In January, the network kicked off the year by adding Lisa McNiven to the role of state property management in Victoria, while Irene Limnios took up the same position in Western Australia.

At the end of February, the network also announced the establishment of Harcourts Refined, following the alignment of an “award-winning team” operating in the South-East Queensland market under the Harcourts brand.

Recently, Harcourts Property Centre also unveiled two new partnerships under a new initiative that allowed real estate businesses the ability to work within the business’s umbrella and access the benefits that come with scale.
