Buxton’s latest office sees the network take the “next natural step” in increasing its presence in Melbourne’s eastern suburbs.
The agency’s expansion in the area continues with a new outpost in the upscale suburb of Camberwell, led by the duo behind the brand’s Ashburton, Oakleigh, and Mount Waverley locations — directors Nicole Lismore and Chris Constantinou.
With four offices now planted in Melbourne’s east under the Buxton flagship and their leadership, the duo expressed confidence that the new office will be instrumental in expanding Buxton’s presence as the firm seeks to grow its market lead in the sought-after area.
“It was one of the missing pieces of the puzzle within the group, with a huge crossover from pre-existing marketplaces which are already in operation.
“The decision to open this office was the next natural step to help bolster our business across the Boroondara and Stonnington municipalities,” Ms Lismore stated.
Mr Constantinou added that the launch of the newest outfit marked “a significant moment” for the entire group.
“It signals not only our confidence in the market in a time of economic uncertainty but also in the desirability of Camberwell and its immediate neighboring suburbs.
“It’s imperative that the Buxton Group carve out an identity in this area, as we intend to be strong and proud in this marketplace for many years to come,” he explained.
Buxton Group chief executive Marcus Williams said the brand’s foray into Camberwell will not only further the brand’s footprint across the state but also promote “cross-collaboration opportunities within the network”.
Mr Williams recently took the helm of the Victorian agency as its top executive in late February, following the departure of Nathan Jones, who took on a similar top role at Kay & Burton.
Currently, the brand has a wide-ranging presence across metropolitan and regional Victoria, including a recently opened office at Wheelers Hill.
