It’s the first foray into the Greater Geelong marketplace for the Victorian brand.
The Bellarine Peninsula is home to the newest outfit, which will be helmed by Jellis Craig Barwon Heads director, Andrew Ingham.
He has revealed his delight at opening the first Jellis Craig office in the area, sharing he has watched the brand from afar and has “always been impressed by their long-term success.”
Also touting the business’s “best-in-class approach and commitment to progressive real estate practices”, Mr Ingham explained that when the opportunity came up for him to open an office locally, he knew he had to jump at it.
A Bellarine local, Mr Ingham has lived and worked in the area for 13 years, having originally moved to the area with their young son for community and lifestyle reasons.
With Mr Ingham set to focus on growth in his role as director, his wife, Sarah, will take on an operational role.
They’re joined in the business by “seasoned” professionals Damian Mahoney and Elissa Holloway, who share three decades of local experience between them.
According to Jellis Craig CEO Nick Dowling, the match up between the brand and Mr Ingham’s experience in the Bellarine marketplace is an “ideal” one with both parties exhibiting an alignment of their values.
Mr Dowling said Jellis Craig has been attracted to the Bellarine area due to its continued growth over the last five years.
He said: “We’re delighted to be welcoming Andy and the team at such an exciting time of growth.”
“The addition of the Barwon Heads office further solidifies our continued growth across the premium lifestyle locations of Victoria.
Late last year, Jellis Craig amped up its future-proofing efforts, revealing a brand new website as part of its digital transformation strategy.
