LJ Hooker’s Atlas network is making strides in the sunshine state’s capital, expanding the existing Brisbane Inner South agency to the riverside enclave of Yeronga.
Director Jarrod Perry, who took the helm of Atlas’ inaugural Queensland-based franchise last year, welcomes agent Lauren McHutchison and her team, who move to Atlas from a local independent agency.
Ms McHutchison explained she was keen to join forces with Mr Perry, with whom she had previously worked.
“Jarrod and I share the same commitment to exceptional real estate service so the opportunity to reconnect with him just made complete sense. In a short period, he’s led Atlas Brisbane Inner South in securing significant market share,” she said.
“I already knew I loved working with Jarrod, so once he demonstrated the unique features that are driving their productivity and seller engagement, I knew this was an opportunity that couldn’t be missed,” Ms McHutchison added.
Mr Perry, meanwhile, described Ms McHutchison as the perfect person to lead the expansion.
“Lauren is a high-performing agent who understands the expectations of sellers, and her connections through the Yeronga and surrounding marketplace will allow the Atlas offering to grow quickly,” he said.
Atlas’ network head, Nick Georges, expressed his confidence in the partnership, describing them as emblematic of the type of talent the network is striving to attract.
“Jarrod and Lauren are professional, energetic and, above all, brilliant exponents of quality client service and results,” he said.
“Atlas is attracting dynamic, young real estate professionals who recognise the opportunity to leverage our innovative marketing and tech solutions to drive their productivity.”
The network reports that Ms McHutchison is joining a group that has recently set a high bar for performance, equalling the highest number of listings for the city’s south-eastern market in its first 90 days of operation.
