“We want to jump into the big leagues,” announced the principal of Raine & Horne’s latest outpost in the fledgling Macarthur suburb, Bardia.
Joint principals of Raine & Horne Bardia, Sadik Karim and Michael Mariani, decided to bring their independent Open Homes office under the national real estate brand’s umbrella to take themselves “to the next level.”
The new office is located in one of Sydney’s fastest growing regions, near public transport and major motorways, as well as within half an hour of the Western Sydney airport, set to begin operation in 2026, where home values jumped 12.8 per cent throughout 2022.
Mr Mariani explained the pair opted for the 14-year-old suburb because it’s an “up-and-coming area [with] local property owners originating from the subcontinent, like Sadik.”
Mr Mariani and Mr Karim said they chose the network to take their previously primary online business “to the next level,” adding after four years in real estate and following respective stints with a marketing services provider, the pair felt they needed a “mentor with extensive real estate experience.”
Mr Mariani revealed that “it’s a delight” to be able to draw upon the network’s technological offerings and 140 years of operation and experience, adding the pair were “massively impressed” with their new ecosystem.
He shared their hope that by joining the Raine & Horne group, they will “amplify opportunities by putting us in more conversations with a bigger pool of customers.”
As for the housing options afforded by the region, the co-principal explained the region boasts several housing options, with a myriad of factors, including a recently opened major shopping centre, should ensure “this market will hold up well in all market conditions.”
“People can move here and get more land and house for their money. It’s just an exciting place to sell real estate,” Mr Mariani concluded.
Raine & Horne Bardia will be located at 2 Theatre Walk, Bardia, and service Bardia, Edmondson Park, and surrounding regions.
