The boutique real estate brand has added a new office on the Fraser Coast, as it looks to cater to a forecasted increase in demand from lifestyle property clients in the market.
Belle Property announced the launch of its new outfit in Maryborough, led by Tina Bettles and Sean Coulton.
While Ms Bettles and Mr Coulton are at the forefront of the brand’s foray in the area, the leaders of the new office are not strangers to Maryborough due to being long-time residents, as well as veteran real estate agents in the market.
They shared their longtime vision of providing “prestigious service under a reputable brand” that has led to their alignment with the agency.
“The boutique nature of Belle Property and its reputation for high-quality service and marketing is ideal for our beautiful Maryborough properties,” they stated.
Aside from holding historical significance as the former capital of Queensland, Marybough is also known for its being the birthplace of cultural icon Pamela Lyndon Travers, who wrote the book series featuring the iconic fictional nanny, Mary Poppins.
The agency highlighted that Maryborough also features colonial buildings as well as classic Queenslanders — a type of traditional house in the region which are distinctly recognised for their corrugated iron roofs and grand wrap-around verandas that are also highly sought after by buyers when listed on the market.
“Affordable and attractive, particularly to families and retirees migrating from the southern states, Maryborough’s property market is still the strongest we’ve seen, although buyers are taking more time as the market stabilises,” Mr Coulton commented.
With Belle Property’s “untarnished” reputation in niche boutique markets, as well as the brand’s range of marketing offerings, Mr Coulton believes they can position the Belle Property Maryborough agency “apart from the rest”.
“Our lifestyle property clients will have confidence in our brand and know we can achieve the highest prices for them,” he stated.
For Ms Bettles, property transactions go beyond being a business deal. “Sean and I feel our responsibilities and nurture our clients through the home sales process. We actively look for buyers to match to sellers,” she stated.
Belle Property’s chief executive, Peter Hanscomb, welcomed the newest addition to their agency.
“Tina and Sean epitomise the Belle Property brand with their attention to detail and high-quality service, putting their clients’ interests in top place.
“With their leadership, I’m confident they will expand on their successes in the important Fraser Coast market,” he concluded.
