The network’s newest Melbourne office will open its doors later this month, with Max Martinucci at the helm.
According to OBrien Real Estate, the latest office announcement further solidifies the group’s “strong presence in Melbourne’s south east.”
Mr Martinucci, who brings more than a decade’s worth of industry experience to the venture, is expected to bring “a bespoke and tailored level of service to Bentleigh and surrounding suburbs” in his role as director.
He’ll be joined in the new operation by senior sales consultant Lambros Bollas as well as licensed estate agent and auctioneer, Harrison Mosley.
This sales trio will also be bolstered by head of property management Jody Vigona and property managers Anna Western and Samantha Brownlee.
OBrien has touted the team’s “unmatched suburb insights” as well as their track record of marketing premium, architecturally designed properties.
The group has also called Mr Martinucci “a highly motivated and results-driven industry leader.”
For the director himself, his drive to maintain outstanding service comes from the people in his community and satisfied clients, he expressed.
OBrien broke the 40-office milestone earlier this year by opening a San Remo office.
That office opening was followed by the appointment of two new executives to its leadership team. OBrien recently welcomed Lucas Wilson as head of business performance and growth and Justin Hodgson as chief marketing officer.
The group had previously revealed its vision: to build a 50-office network within metropolitan Melbourne.
