Century 21 Southern Realty has expanded in western Sydney under the direction of a father-and-son team, Paul and George Karasalidis.
In operation since 2014, the Wolli Creek-based team believes the time is right to grow into neighbouring Earlwood, expanding the outfit’s reach along the Cooks River.
The decision to open a new location was reportedly driven by the duo’s desire to diversify its sales and rental portfolio, providing them with a larger reach and exposure to different markets.
The neighbourhood is split fairly evenly between standalone homes and units, apartments, or townhouses. With easy access to the kid-friendly parks and pathways along the Cooks River, it’s a favourite of young families, with the median occupant in their late 30s.
The opening of the Earlwood office is a big milestone in George Karasalidis’ young career. He began as an office assistant at the age of 18, aspiring to join the ranks of his father’s team as a full-fledged agent in his own right.
Just over 10 years later, he now counts himself as the principal of two offices, making him one of the network’s youngest office heads.
Century 21 CEO James Bell said the successful launch of this latest office was a testament to the exceptional service the team is dedicated to offering.
“I would like to congratulate Paul and George Karasalidis and the team at Century 21 Southern Realty on the expansion of their business, and [I] am confident they will continue to thrive in their new Earlwood location,” Mr Bell said.
But they’re not stopping in Earlwood. Without revealing the details, Century 21 Southern Realty promised that a third office is already in the works.
The brand has been championing the expansion of a number of its existing teams, of late. Just last month, new agents to the brand, Kalin Nikolov and Penny Callanan, launched a second office in St Kilda just weeks into their association with Century 21.
