As part of a strategic focus on growth in the region, McGrath’s added to its sales roster across its four outfits in the Queensland capital.

Across the network’s four Brisbane offices — Paddington, New Farm, Bulimba, and Wilston — 11 recruits have arrived throughout the course of the current financial year to date.

Troy Malcolm, McGrath’s national general manager of sales, said the network is “pleased to be attracting talent with aligned values and with a diverse skill set.”

Given the challenging real estate conditions over the last 12 months, namely rising interest rates impacting consumer confidence, Mr Malcolm believes “now more than ever, we believe there will be a flight to quality.”

He added, “We want to have the very best people operating in the best interest of their clients with exceptional service and knowledge.” Noting that agents aren’t beginning their professional life straight from school, he celebrated the fact they bring “a lot of work/life experience from many other sectors, and to us, that is very appealing.”

Mr Malcolm revealed the network’s intentions to develop a “healthy balance of experience, enthusiasm, and youth for the next generation of sales professional.”

McGrath Paddington welcomes Zac and Elizabeth Ryan, area specialists in Brisbane’s western suburbs from Chapel Hill, to Kenmore, Bellbowrie, and Moggill; Marc Conias, an experienced commercial and residential agent; and Diego Suarez, who will work closely with Alex Jordan, sales agent at the office, and his buyer network.

Mr Jordan said, “Our business is very geographically focused, and therefore, we aim to partner with the most proficient operators to better serve our communities and expand our reach.”

Lincoln Tatnall joins the Paddington outfit’s ranks, tasked with servicing Everton and Everton Park. Experienced agent Kelly Qualtrough heralded the “area specialist” whom she described as a “natural fit to join my team as we grow our market share.”

McGrath Paddington has also welcomed Liliana Mauri and Brady Hope.

In addition, McGrath Bulimba have expanded their team with the arrivals of Frank Lombardi and Jordan Trottemant, whose efforts will be focused on Balmoral, Bulimba, Hawthorne, and Norman Park.

Nicholas Casey joins McGrath Wilston, specialising in his local market of Alderley and Newmarket.

Since the beginning of the new year, McGrath has added four offices in the NSW Riverina region and one in Sydney’s north-west corridor and Strathfield regions. The network’s Sydney auctioneering stocks were also bolstered by the arrival of an award-winning operator to its Northern Beaches ranks.
