The century-old Victorian agency is a recent entrant into the region with the opening of its 21st office.
Woodards Peninsula is the latest outfit to fall under the prestigious agency’s banners, with local agent Darren Sadler set to lead the team tasked with expanding the agency’s footprint on Victoria’s south-east coast.
An experienced agent with a breadth of knowledge within the Mornington Peninsula market, Mr Sadler has been lauded by Woodard for his possession of extensive insights into the region and an in-depth understanding of the local market.
“What was once a holiday hotspot has, in recent years, become more accessible to the Peninsula Link Freeway, with more people wanting to make the Peninsula their permanent home,” he said.
“The lifestyle is complete here; great surroundings, not only the beaches but the wineries, restaurants, shopping, and the community.”
The network’s chief executive officer, John Piccolo, expressed extreme delight at welcoming Mr Sadler and the Woodards Peninsula on board, firming his confidence that the outfit’s principal is the right man to uphold the network’s reputation on the Peninsula.
“Darren comes to us with a wealth of knowledge that will serve our Peninsula office exceedingly well,” Mr Piccolo said, adding that “with his local knowledge of the area and people, as well as his expertise of the industry, Darren is exactly the right fit to lead Woodard Peninsula to deliver outstanding outcomes for which our brand is known for.”
Mr Sadler added, “It’s a great honour to join the Woodards network,” explaining a key factor driving his decision was the brand’s sturdy heritage.
Woodards said the move into the Mornington Peninsula region will unlock the brand’s century-long knowledge and suite of offerings for the area’s current and aspiring residents.
