The network has revealed a brand-new Nepean presence thanks to the alignment of a long-term local operator.
Located in the community of Jordan Springs, Century 21 (C21) Nepean sees Jason Briggs at the helm.
A “proud local”, Mr Briggs settled in Penrith with his wife in 2009. Previously, he had attended school in the Hawkesbury.
The lead agent is “excited to take on the challenge of starting a brand-new agency, where I can implement all the skills and knowledge I have gained during my career.”
Calling the decision to join C21 a “game-changer”, Mr Briggs indicated that the power associated with the brand had already been instrumental in assisting him with recruitment, networking, reputation building, and even with gaining trust within the community.
C21 has lauded Mr Briggs’ two decades of industry experience, lauding his understanding of the local real estate landscape and highlighting his “proven track record of excelling in all facets of real estate, including construction and development.”
“His vast experience has enabled him to develop a unique skill set that sets him apart from other agents, making him a true specialist in project and development sales,” the network noted.
C21 CEO James Bell has celebrated the bringing of Mr Briggs into the fold and the expansion of the brand into Nepean, expressing, “We are thrilled to be welcoming Jason and his team to the C21 network.”
“Jason’s enthusiasm and passion for the real estate industry are matched only by his unwavering commitment to delivering the highest level of service to his clients. With the support of the Century 21 brand behind him, he is poised to achieve even greater success in the years to come,” Mr Bell concluded.
The latest announcement follows the expansion of C21 Southern Realty into neighbouring Earlwood from Wolli Creek.
That new office opening marked a major milestone for principal George Karasalidis.
