Sydney’s residential real estate industry is set for further growth and improved sales over the next two quarters, real estate brand Coldwell Banker has said.
Coldwell Banker’s chief executive officer Alex Caraco told Real Estate Business that all states should experience an improvement in house values and sales, expect Western Australia which will remain flat over the coming quarters.
“Volumes are up 20 per cent, and we are feeling pretty positive nation-wide about the real estate market” Mr Caraco said.
According to Mr Caraco, the company is so bullish about the future of the industry that it has signed a six figure sponsorship deal with Sutherland Shire-based rugby league team, Sharks, to generate brand awareness and cash in on the forecasted spate in activity.
“We are associating ourselves with Australia’s strongest sport, and are helping the club increase membership as well as increasing our own brand across the Eastern seaboard,” Mr Caraco said.
