Professionals Real Estate achieved several growth milestones in the first quarter of the year, putting the network on track to achieve its three-year vision.

Over the three months to March, the network reported clocking in 2,556 settlements, recorded $1.48 billion in sales, and added 1,620 properties under management to its portfolio.

During the period, the network also made strides towards its goal of capturing a larger share of the national market with the addition of five new offices to its operations.

In pursuit of its goal to capture a larger share of the national market, the network shared that it has added five new offices in Bella Vista and Kogarah (NSW), Elizabeth and Millicent (South Australia), and Bunbury (Western Australia), bolstering its then-165-strong network.

However, the group’s strong performance during the first quarter was not only limited to sales and market share growth.

The group’s chief executive officer, Katherine Gonzalez-Cork, highlighted that the group’s numerous marketing campaigns had a big impact on growing both brand awareness and its digital footprint.

For example, a recent multi-state campaign launched by the network that offered a chance to win nearly $100,000 in prizes for completing an appraisal with the brand has reportedly resulted in a 690 per cent increase in leads.

“Professionals has a strategic focus to expand our profile and grow our market share and our Q1 results certainly demonstrate our impact,’’ she said.

During the first quarter, the network’s website also recorded 2.1 million unique visits and 6 million total impressions, highlighting the group’s digital growth.

Ms Gonzalez-Cork also attributed the strong quarterly results to the network’s “cost-effective” membership system, which she believes sets them apart from traditional franchise models.

She explained that with the network operating on a flat-fee membership system, principals aligned with the group can “put profits back into their businesses”, adding that “putting people first makes us truly unique”.

Beyond achieving impressive financial milestones, the network has also demonstrated its dedication to giving back to the community.

As a Diamond Charity Partner of The National Breast Cancer Foundation, the network donated $45,000 to the research charity in the first quarter, and has donated over $4 million for breast cancer research in the past 17 years, through a portion of commissions from every property sale.

Looking forward, Ms Gonzalez-Cork says the network remains committed to its three-year vision “to increase our portfolio and innovate and expand our service offering.”
