The local outfit has just opened its fourth office in the Wide Bay Region.

Harcourts Ignite has welcomed a new outfit into the fold: Harcourts Ignite Maryborough.

It’s the brainchild of Harcourts Ignite owners Michael and Julie-Anne Vella, who initially based their operation in the Hinterland region of Childers.

Even when their business was in its infancy, the goal was to service the entire region, encompassing Bundaberg, Childers, Hervey Bay and Maryborough.

The Vella team has been lauded by Harcourts Queensland CEO Mitch Peereboom, who considered that “ambitious leaders are the lifeblood of our company”.

“This team is passionate and energetic about the expansion to Maryborough, and I know this move will further enhance the finest experience they offer to the community,” Mr Peereboom commented.

Mr Vella himself said the new office at Maryborough allows them to build upon their desire to work hard for their clients.

Shouting out their versatile team, Mr Vella said “[they] offer something other agents cannot — a network of agents working together across the entire region accessing a database of clients second to none”.

With the Harcourts Ignite team servicing “all corners of the market”, the owner and principal of the new office said they will be able to offer services under not only the Harcourts brand but also the Nutrien Harcourts agricultural and NAI Harcourts commercial brands.

The CEO continued: “Michael, Julie-Anne and the entire Ignite team have had an epic growth journey and have made significant moves during their time with Harcourts.”

“They have a remarkable reputation in the community, having operated in the region for many years, and we are so proud to partner with them as they take us forward in these markets.”

With the new office lauded for its “stylish, laid-back feel”, Harcourts said the prime position of the new Maryborough office space is “perfect for brand recognition as the new team in town”.
