To meet its growth targets head-on, Elders Real Estate is strengthening its corporate team through a slew of new appointments.
The network announced the addition of Krystal Ind, Ryan Christopher, and Adam Hinds to its residential corporate slate as it looks to position itself for rapid growth in the next three years.
Following an internal promotion, Ms Ind has assumed the position of marketing manager for residential real estate, taking on the responsibility of revitalising the brand while boosting its digital presence and advertising efforts.
With her three years of experience driving the digital marketing function for the brand, Ms Ind brings extensive knowledge and expertise in the real estate industry and proptech.
“Stepping in to lead the marketing function at Elders Real Estate is an incredible opportunity to not only build upon our well-recognised brand but also to redefine the way we connect with our audience and create unforgettable experiences,” she stated.
As Ms Ind assumes her new role, she reaffirmed her commitment to “delivering unparalleled support and enhancing our marketing offering for agents and offices nationally”.
To further bolster the network’s digital capabilities, Mr Christopher also joins the corporate roster as the national digital marketing specialist.
Touted as a “seasoned expert” in proptech, Mr Christopher has extensive experience leading social media training for real estate companies.
He described his alignment with the group as a “fulfillment of my professional aspirations”, stating that “as digital marketing specialist [for] residential real estate, I bring together my expertise in digital marketing, and cultivating success in the real estate digital landscape.”
“In line with the group’s roadmap for aggressive acquisition targets and franchise expansion, a dedicated role for network growth and performance manager has been established, which Mr Hinds will assume this month.
Mr Hinds brings over 15 years of experience in the real estate industry, having worked at both the corporate and supplier levels.
His expertise includes state leadership, where he successfully opened new offices for a large franchise group in Victoria. Additionally, he has served as a national sales manager for a proptech group.
“I am excited about working with such a well-respected brand and helping drive the growth initiatives of Elders to become the market leader in regional and metropolitan Australia for real estate services,” Mr Hinds confirmed.
General manager for residential estate and brand, Belinda Connor, said the network’s national real estate division has been “going from strength to strength” with several new acquisitions and franchise office openings already this year.
“We are pleased to have welcomed 10 new offices to date in 2023, including the well-respected Emms Mooney team in the Central Tablelands, Elders Advantage Group in Newcastle and several new additions to Elders Lifestyle Group in the Northern Rivers.”
In March, the group also added its 15th office on the NSW North Coast, Elders Brunswick Heads. Currently, the network has over 300 locations in metropolitan and regional areas.
Speaking on the group’s future growth trajectory, Ms Connor said the “focus over the short to medium term is to ensure we continue to provide the same level of support and innovation to our current offices, both company-owned and franchised, while rapidly growing through acquisition and agent and franchise attraction”.
