Two Victorian agents have struck out on their own with the establishment of Greenview Real Estate.
Set to service the City of Casey, Shami Hamdam and Sorush Nazari are behind the new real estate business.
Having previously worked together in an established business, the pair are “thrilled” to be opening the doors of their own outfit, acknowledging the move into business ownership came sooner than they expected.
While Mr Hamdam has been in the industry since 2019, Mr Nazari has just two and a half years of industry experience.
“We’re young, driven, and innovative, and we thought, ‘What’s the point in waiting?’” shared Mr Nazari.
“We might as well take the plunge, do it now and build our own future sooner, rather than later.”
According to the agent, having worked together with Mr Hamdam previously, he said they had “often discussed the idea of starting something for ourselves,” and while they had considered a number of options, “it’s the support available with Agents’Agency that really clinched the deal”.
“We believe real estate can be different,” he continued.
For Mr Hamdam, the move into their own business will be backed by their drive to achieve great results for their customers: “We have a young, enthusiastic team and we do what it takes to get the best results and provide the best experience for our clients”.
“We pride ourselves on providing a personalised experience, and we do the right thing by people while achieving great results.”
Mr Nazari said the pair “genuinely enjoy helping people take the next step on their property journey”.
“We’re on hand to help our clients whenever they need us, bringing energy, passion and experience in the local area.”
With the pair’s venture being underpinned by Agents’Agency model, Mr Nazari said working with the brand gives them the freedom to do it their way while tapping into a suite of back-of-house support.
