Real Estate agents looking to increase their market penetration should think outside the square when promoting their listings, Kelly Communications director Graham Kelly said.
Last week Mr Kelly launched a new service for real estate agents that gives them the opportunity to turn their promotional photographs into a video with key selling messages that can be embedded on their website.
“The slide shows that many agents currently use are boring and don’t have the information that a video can provide,” Mr Kelly told Real Estate Business.
“Short videos are a powerful way of communicating with potential buyers and each video has a hotlink button at the end which allows the agents to link it with another page on their website.”
