The brand has added a key position to focus on ensuring the satisfaction of its partners.
Cherida Forde brings a wealth of experience, working across a diverse range of industries to the role of network partnerships and customer experience manager.
With over a decade of hands-on knowledge in business development, strategic partnerships, brand management and marketing, Ms Forde has worked for large hospitality groups, global events companies, media personalities, and Australian wine and spirit labels in cities across the country.
Touting her adaptability, the brand said she would bring a “unique multi-industry approach” to the position.
Ms Forde commented on the uniting factor in her diverse background, and what she felt would help her as she focuses her sights on Harcourts.
“I’m passionate about helping and connecting others through customer acquisition, presentation, and communication. I believe that opportunities don’t just happen, you have to create them,” she said.
“The vision I have for the network partnerships and customer experience manager role would definitely be to acquire new national and global partnerships across multiple industries and to build on and strengthen the relationships with the current partners,” Ms Forde noted.
And though her background has been in other fields, Ms Forde comes to the role with a knowledge of the brand, as her father has been a long-time affiliate of the network in Victor Harbor.
Trent Sutton, chief marketing officer of Harcourts International, commented on the unique set of factors that the brand felt made Ms Forde a great fit for the job.
“Cherida’s many years of experience in new business development and creation of partnerships, across many industries, coupled with her strong family ties to Harcourts, made it an easy decision to appoint her as Harcourts network partnerships and customer experience manager,” Mr Sutton said.
“Her approach, expertise and passion for the brand ensures Harcourts will continue to offer our current, and future partners looking to mutually grow with us, the finest experience in real estate.”
