Two new real estate professionals have joined PRD’s ranks this week as mobile agents servicing their respective Melbourne localities.
Ryszard Zagrzejewski, who works in the city’s southeast assisting the community of Frankston with their real estate needs, is well versed with the brand. He operated the network’s Burwood office more than 20 years ago.
Now he returns to PRD, working as an agile agent with the brand’s back-end support.
Mr Zagrzejewski said that the option of working with independent flexibility, coupled with his knowledge of PRD, encouraged him to align with the firm.
“I was impressed with the training and support I received when I was with PRD previously, and now the support, training and business advice is even more in depth,” he commented.
Mr Zagrzejewski said that receiving back-end support from the network allowed him the flexibility he was searching for in his next move.
“Having access to a constant stream of marketing resources and on-demand research reports from dedicated departments is a massive value-add,” he said.
Nick Kaura, who has joined the network in the Berwick area, echoed Mr Zagrzejewski’s sentiments, saying that he felt PRD’s offering would couple well with his professional growth aspirations.
“The knowledge I’m excited to build [with PRD] will not only grow my confidence, but make me a better negotiator,” he said.
Mr Kaura also added he was eager to start this new chapter that offered “the flexibility and freedom to work from anywhere and the cost-effective approach.”
PRD managing director Todd Hadley noted that the brand’s mobile agent offering was proving more and more popular as Australians increasingly prize flexibility in their work life.
“We’ve recognised the need for a mobile agent franchise option for many years and have onboarded several in the past including PRD Macquarie Park which commenced in 2019 and PRD Darwin which commenced in 2021,” Mr Hadley said.
“We are confident that our two new principals’ dedication and passion for real estate will contribute to the continued growth and success of PRD,” he added.
