The network adds its 11th Victorian office to its stock with the addition of a new Frankston outpost.
Located on the state’s Mornington Peninsula, Frankston is a quaint and tranquil suburb just over 40 kilometres from Melbourne. Now, the community houses Coronis Frankston, the latest outpost in the network’s rapid Victorian expansion – which has seen it open 11 offices in the last 18 months.
Adam Flynn, Coronis Group Victoria’s state director, said the Mornington Peninsula is “an extremely important market” for the agency given it is “home to some of the most prestigious properties in the Victorian and Australian market.”
“We are so excited with this now being our second office on the peninsula within the last three months,” he said. Since doubling down on its Victorian expansion plans early last year with the opening of an outpost in Melbourne’s outer east, Coronis has continually expanded its presence in the state, including establishing a Cranbourne headquarters for its operations 12 months ago.
In May, the network added a Yarraville office under its Victorian umbrella, in what was described as a “significant milestone” for the brand. Less than two months from that date, Mr Flynn said the network is “really excited about the opportunity to enter [the Frankston] market.”
He added that he and his colleagues “look forward to the journey ahead as we continue our growth throughout Victoria and Australia.”
Earlier this year, the network welcomed a new chief executive officer. Karuna Mazzocchi, celebrated as a “real-life superhero”, assumed the role at the end of March, declaring her excitement to “lead the charge as we grow and expand into new areas, offering more opportunities to our team, and changing the real estate industry for the better.”
