Century 21 has announced the opening of a new office in Sydney’s western suburbs, led by a committed member of the community.
Located in St Marys, the driving force behind this new office is principal Darren Kersten, who started out in property management before transitioning to sales, bringing a depth of knowledge in each to the table.
Before joining Century 21, Mr Kersten built a successful property management business with 1150 properties under management. He’s moving on from a boutique firm to the international brand, bringing along his team of 10, all of whom have lived in the western suburbs their entire lives.
Mr Kersten said he was eager to continue give back to his community under this new branding.
Mr Kersten noted his business has always supported local sporting groups, organisations, tradespeople and service providers, with his team active in this community outreach.
In fact, the business not only encompasses firmly entrenched community members, as Mr Kersten is himself, but also his wife, Catherine, who now plays a vital role in the property management department.
Century 21 CEO James Bell said he was thrilled that Mr Kersten’s alliance allowed the network to expand its footprint in the western suburbs of Sydney.
“We warmly welcome Darren and the Century 21 Relentless Real Estate team to the network. With Darren and his team’s exceptional experience and dedication to their local community, I have no doubt they will achieve outstanding results as part of the C21 network,” said Mr Bell.
On his part, Mr Kersten said he was eager to begin harnessing Century 21’s brand recognition – the firm boasts activities in 87 countries globally.
“Leveraging Century 21’s brand recognition, marketing prowess and commitment to excellence, we aim to exceed our clients’ expectations and grow our business,” Mr Kersten said.
