The boutique real estate brand has added a Sydney Lower North Shore local expert to its roster, welcoming Megan to the fold.
The high-performing agent – who has an average sale price of $3.5 million – will now operate under the Belle Property Mosman team, led by principals Matthew Smythe and Mark Jackson.
Described as “an outstanding asset and the perfect fit for the team,” Mr Smythe reveals that he has held a long-standing and profound admiration for Ms Thomas as a real estate professional over the course of many years leading up to her alignment with the group.
“As a long-time local resident, Megan brings with her a profound understanding and appreciation for the nuances of the market in which we operate, which will undoubtedly benefit our clients,” he said.
Ms Thomas brings impressive credentials to her current alignment, having gained a reputation for having extensive knowledge and expertise in the Mosman and Cremorne market.
A resident of Mosman for over 25 years, Ms Thomas has fostered a strong connection with the local community by actively participating in various community activities alongside her husband and children.
Her in-depth knowledge of the local market is fortified by her impressive track record, boasting over a decade of experience selling properties. One of her recent laurels include securing a $13 million off-market home sale last year.
For her part, Ms Thomas expressed her enthusiasm over her latest career venture.
“The brand’s well-established and premium reputation perfectly aligns with my own real estate style, and I have every confidence that together, we’ll achieve remarkable success,” she said.
Mr Smythe is optimistic Ms Thomas’ expertise, along with her strong track record, will provide “tremendous value” to their clientele.
“We look forward to witnessing the significant contributions she will undoubtedly make in elevating the real estate experience in Mosman,” he stated.
Belle Property has made several moves to bolster its teams in July. At the start of the month, Ted Pye and James Perlowski stepped into the role co-principals at Belle Property Surry Hills, which operates the inner Sydney areas of Surry Hills, Darlinghurst, Redfern, Waterloo and Paddington.
On 3 July, the group also appointed Anthony Webb to lead Belle Property’s operations in Victoria.
