Belle Property Mosman has welcomed a new co-principal to continue the brand’s expansion in Sydney’s north.
David Benjafield has stepped into the role to join lead principals Matthew Smythe and Mark Jackson, who took over the reins of the Belle Property Mosman office earlier last year.
The group, which has offices in Neutral Bay, Crows Nest and Cammeray, as well as Mosman, describes itself as on an “ambitious journey to solidify its position as the premier agency in the prestigious Sydney lower north shore area”.
This is the second high-level staffing change for the team in as many weeks, after nabbing agent Megan Thomas to join the outfit.
Mr Smythe described the promotion of Mr Benjafield to the position of principal as key in their plans to pushing forward with aggressive growth.
“Recognising the immense potential in the prestigious and vibrant Mosman real estate market, Belle Property is seeking to expand its presence in the area and this is an important step in our strategy which provides added depth to our team,” he said.
“David has dedicated the last seven years to Belle Property and is a key part of our vision going forward,” Mr Smythe added.
On Mr Benjafield’s part, he’s enthusiastic to step into this new role that is deeply connected with the place he calls home.
“Being a part of the community, raising my two young sons, and the opportunity to play an even more integral role in Belle Property’s journey is both an honour and a responsibility,” Mr Benjafield said.
“Our commitment is to go above and beyond in providing exceptional real estate experiences that will benefit the entire community, and my new role will help support this,” he added.
Mr Jackson spoke of the agent’s deep dedication to the team thus far.
“David’s extensive knowledge and deep understanding of the market make him an invaluable asset to the agency, and we are further strengthened by the recent addition of a highly successful sales agent, Megan Thomas, to the team.”
Belle Property CEO Peter Hanscomb said he believes Belle Mosman is in a great position to execute their growth plans with this trio leading the charge.
“With Matthew Smythe, Mark Jackson and David Benjafield at the helm, the stage is set for a remarkable chapter in Mosman’s real estate story,” he said.
