The boutique network has revealed it is opening a new Melbourne office in the city’s east.

Tey Ashjaee is behind the newest outpost, and draws upon the past 35 years spent living in the Manningham area.

According to Belle Property CEO Peter Hanscomb: “Melbourne’s east has exciting growth potential, and expanding our network of Melbourne offices into Doncaster East is in safe hands with Tey Ashjaee.”

He continued: “Tey’s ability to connect with people and his honest approach to real estate makes him a great fit for the Belle Property brand and we believe he will achieve positive outcomes for vendors and buyers alike.”

He has also lauded Mr Ashjaee’s ability to market himself in a competitive marketplace and put campaigns together that best suit individual client needs.

From the newest office owner’s point of view, the alignment with Belle reflects his own values, which he said “is important for the next step in my real estate career”.

“Belle’s ethos aligns with my approach and direction. I am excited, passionate and look forward to leading the team as we welcome Belle Property to Manningham,” Mr Ashjaee said.

He has also expressed confidence that the “premium” nature of the Belle Property brand will suit the local community: “Belle Property is a standout in our local area, especially in the Manningham area where I grew up. I have a strong sense of community having attended school locally at Marcellin College and am now a father, raising a family in the area.”

“I know that clients in our area will be keen to experience the ‘Belle Property difference’ to help them achieve premium results. We will be giving clients a wonderful experience from start to finish, and look forward to building many relationships, both community and clientele, along the way,” the business leader said.

“I like to use social media to my advantage; I love to network, and I look forward to building a strong team in Manningham with the support of my wife, Michelle, and some incredible property experts who will be working alongside me.”

The Doncaster East agency is set to service the suburbs of Bulleen, Donvale, Doncaster, Doncaster East, Templestowe and Lower Templestowe.
