Belle Property has added another office in the Sunshine State, this time welcoming an agent in Brisbane’s north to the fold.

Luc Rance will bring the national brand to his home suburb of Aspley, roughly 12 kilometres from the centre of the city.

It’s an area poised for a certain measure of change as it becomes increasingly popular for families looking for space with city access, according to the owner of Belle Property Aspley, who has seven years of industry experience under his belt.

“Aspley is a thriving suburb 12 kilometres from the Brisbane CBD which we expect will undergo a period of gentrification in the future due to strong interest from young families and the desire of older residents to stay in the area.

“Featuring five schools and two shopping centres, we have a median house price of $900,000 to $920,000 and provide great access to the city being on the northern commuter route as well as close to Chermside Shopping Centre,” the agent said.

Now embarking on building out his team, Mr Rance feels the suburb is a perfect place for Belle to grow into as it looks to strengthen its presence in Queensland.

“I feel that consumers will respond strongly to our ability to provide a premium service which is supported by national reach. As a local, it’s exciting to have the opportunity to build and nurture my own team in an area that I love and am a great advocate for, with the support of a brand that I have admired throughout my career,” Mr Rance said.

On his part, Belle Property CEO Peter Hanscomb said he was pleased to welcome Mr Rance to the group, someone he described as possessing “the drive and motivation to succeed in building our team”.

“Luc is a capable and well-established real estate professional, born and bred in Aspley. Recognised as one of the top agents on the northside of Brisbane, we look forward to supporting his growth as a leader and principal of Belle Property Aspley,” Mr Hanscomb said.

This is the fourth office the network has launched in the Sunshine State so far in 2023, welcoming outfits on the Sunshine Coast, Moreton Bay, and the Fraser Coast within the past eight months.
